What you bring to the team…

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in a large management consultancy
  • First experience in leading project teams 
  • Experience in change management 
  • Ideally completed coaching training or comparable further training
  • Strong analytical skills paired with communicative strength and warmth
  • Enjoy designing and managing projects
  • Enjoy making a lasting impact on our clients with heart and mind
  • Commitment and motivation to constantly develop yourself further
  • Business fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
