What you bring to the team…
- Completed studies with a commercial, technical or psychological focus
- At least 7 years of professional experience, of which at least 5 years in a large strategy consultancy or in a direct spin-off of such a consultancy
- Several years of experience in an operational engagement team leader role and in the hands-on management of a (junior) project team
- Experience in change management
- High level of self-motivation and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and empathy
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness at top management level
- Business fluent in German
