  • Participation in the further development of our company, including our strategy

  • Responsibility for the success of your partly self-organised teams in client projects
  • Stakeholder management at executive level
  • Project management or leadership of the respective project manager
  • Participation in the recruitment of senior employees
  • Acquisition of new clients and projects
  • Ideally coaching of executives - you are welcome to do a coach training if not already available

What you bring to the team…

  • Completed studies with a commercial, technical or psychological focus
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, of which at least 5 years in a large strategy consultancy or in a direct spin-off of such a consultancy
  • Several years of experience in an operational engagement team leader role and in the hands-on management of a (junior) project team
  • Experience in change management
  • High level of self-motivation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and empathy
  • Persuasiveness and assertiveness at top management level
  • Business fluent in German
